A1. No, the lounge is available to all members at all times on a first come, first serve non-exclusive basis up to the capacity allowed by the Pender County Fire Marshall

A2. Everyone who uses the lounge is responsible for cleaning it and leaving it as they found it. CCYS provide periodic cleaning, and PMHI provides the maintenance.

Q4. Why do we need to have access to a lounge?
A4. The lounge is used daily for various activities or events, and is viewed as an asset to HVMI members in obtaining renters and improving slip value for sales purposes.
Q5. Why do we need to have access to bathrooms? A5. Restroom facilities are required by law for all public facilities.
Q6. Who established the fee that HVMI pays for the lounge?
A6. PMHI established the rental fee for the lounge and restrooms. Q7. Why can't the fee for the lounge that HVMI pays be renegotiated given the current economy?
A7. Given the amount of time since this amount was contracted, it is to be expected that this amount would increase if re-negotiated.

A8. Yes, the lounge is used by members on a daily basis.
Q9. Can I use the lounge for a non-family, non-community event?
A9. Any member can use the lounge according to the rules on the form they signed to get their personnel code to enter, but they are responsible for the liability, activities and conduct of any of their guests.
